Use of the Platform
Eligibility:
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms to use the Platform.
Account Registration:
You may be required to create an account to access certain features of the Platform. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during the registration process and to keep your account information updated.
User Responsibilities:
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
Prohibited Activities

Interfere with or disrupt the Platform or servers.
Transmit any viruses or malicious code.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform or other users' accounts.
Engage in any activity that could harm or damage the reputation of Ghana HR Solutions.
Intellectual Property
Ownership:
All content and materials on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the property of Ghana HR Solutions or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.
License:
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for your personal or internal business purposes.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Platform immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will cease immediately.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ghana HR Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your use or inability to use the Platform; (ii) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein; and (iii) any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through the Platform by any third party.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Ghana, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Changes to These Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time by posting the revised Terms on our website and updating the effective date. Your continued use of the Platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
